Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately we do not ship to addresses outside of the UK at this time.
How long does delivery take?

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. This exceeds the 14-day statutory right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL technology to encrypt all sensitive data during transmission. Your full card number is never visible to us. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@londonmary.com as soon as possible. In cases involving damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us. You can also reach us via our Contact page.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following items are not eligible for a standard return: perishable goods, custom or personalised items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Please note that sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full and we will arrange a return or replacement for you.
